Jacqueline (Brochu) Bedford, age 93 of Raynham, passed away on April 3, 2017 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frank A. Bedford.
Jacqueline grew up in Attleboro having moved to Raynham in 1960.
Jacqueline was born in Attleboro a daughter of the late Joseph and Angeline (Gagnon) Brochu.
Mrs. Bedford was a wonderful home maker. She loved to Cook, and no one left her home without a box of homemede treats. She was always willing to help out family and friends. She was a loving and caring person who will be greatly missed by so many.
Jacqueline is survived by her children, Michael Bedford and wife Joan of Savannah, GA, Susan Andrade and husband Manny of Clearwater, FL, Christine O’Neill and husband Paul of Bridgewater, Colleen Rose and husband Joseph of Berkley, Mary Lou Stowe of Raynham and Vivian Oliverio and husband Steve of Plainville. She was the grandmother of 16, great-grandmother of 29 and also leaves 2 great-great grandchildren. Jacqueline was also the grandmother of the late Frank Dunham, III and sister of the late Phil, John and Guy Brochu and the late Colombe Marquis.
Mrs. Bedford’s funeral will be held on Monday, April 10, 2017 at 8:30 am from the Silva Funeral Home 80 Broadway (at Saint Mary’s Square) in Taunton, followed by a Mass at 10 am in Saint Ann Church 660 North Main St., Raynham.
Interment will follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne MA.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, April 9, 2017 from 4 to 7pm in the Silva Funeral Home.
