Thomas, Barbara Jean (Hagan), 82, was called home March 31, 2017 in Louisville.
She was born to Ollie and Lucille (Stader) Hagan July 10, 1934 in Elizabethtown, KY.
Barbara was a Secretary for JCPS, retiring after 24 years of service.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marion H. Thomas Jr.; a son, Ronald R. Bailey.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Rita “Lynn” Morgan (Thomas), Tulisa “Lisa” Hardy (Phillip); three grandchildren: Amanda, Aaron and Sean; five great-grandchildren: Morgan, Emersyn, Brody, S.J. and Baylee; a brother, George T. Hagan (Becky); two sisters: Lee Tatum and Susie Skees .
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Burial is in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery, Radcliff. Visitation is Monday 3:00-8:00 PM.
