FALL RIVER… Juliette (Marulli) Levesque, 93, of Fall River passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the widow of Joseph E. “Blackie” Levesque.
Born in Dartmouth, she was a daughter of the late Sabastino and Mary Ann (Chouinard) Marulli and had lived most of her life in Fall River.
Mrs. Levesque was a communicant of St. Bernadette Parish, Fall River. She worked as a Welder in the Boston Navy Yard during WWII and as a Sewing Machine operator for Lynn Sportswear prior to her becoming a fulltime homemaker. She was an avid New England Patriots Fan and enjoyed working around her house, and weeding her gardens.
Survivors include her 3 daughters; Carol Ann Rezendes and her husband Ken of Wasilla, AK, Juliette M. Levesque of Harwich, MA, and Michelle Beaulieu of Fall River, her 3 sons; Raymond Levesque and his wife Mary of Tiverton, Ronald Levesque and his wife Maureen of Wasilla, AK and Joseph Levesque, Jr. and his wife Lynda of Fall River, her brother, Victor Marulli of Somerville, NJ, 17 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, many cherished nieces and nephews. She was sister of the late Doris D’Orlando and Theresa Holden.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 9 AM from South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River, MA 02723 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Bernadette Parish, 529 Eastern Ave. Fall River, MA. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery Fall River. In lieu of flowers, donations in Juliette’s name can be made to Amedisys Foundation, c/o Beacon Hospice, 182 North Main St. Fall River, MA 02720.
