Smith, Patricia Ann (Pratt), 86,was a beautiful lady who’s life was devoted to the care and comfort of others, entered into eternal life on March 28, 2017 in Louisville.
She was born to Edell and Ruby (Sanders) Pratt.
Patricia was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church, a loving wife, mother, grandmother; great-grandmother and a Comptometer Operator for L & N.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Richard Earl Smith; granddaughter, Chasity Woolen; two sisters, Juanita Forrester and Doris Jean Pratt.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Craig (Dianna) Smith, Glenn (Cindy) Smith, and Sandra Woolen; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be Monday at 12:00 PM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. She will be laid to rest at Louisville Memorial Gardens West, alongside her beloved husband. Visitation is Sunday 2:00-8:00 PM, and after 9:00 AM Monday.
