69 of Louisville, passed away on March 28, 2017. Keith attended Eastern Kentucky University and worked at Louisville Gas and Electric until he retired. He was active in golf and softball and was inducted into the Louisville Amateur Softball Hall of Fame in 1989. He is survived by his three children: Christy Hendricks (Scott Middleton), Kyle Hendricks (Heather) and Samantha Hendricks; and four granddaughters: Zoe Middleton, Paige Middleton, Allyson Middleton and Madison Middleton. He is also survived by his father: Evan Hendricks; sisters: Sherry Coslow (Don), Dianne Smithers, Paula Lyons (Jack) and Hope Harvener (Ken); and 10 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Matheis Hopewell Hendricks; brother, Mark Hendricks; and nephew, Lee Lyons. Visitation will be held at Owen Funeral Home, located at 9318 Taylorsville Road, on April 8, 2017 from Noon to 4:00 p.m. with a memorial service immediately following.
