FALL RIVER – Grace Resendes, age 60, passed away on March 30, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Jose Resendes. Born in Feteiras, São Miguel, Açores, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Irene (Cabral) Resendes.
Grace is survived by her children Joe Resendes (wife Lucy) of Westport, Nuno Resendes of Açores, Mario Resendes of Açores and Ronica Resendes of Fall River; brother Manuel Resendes; 3 grandchildren Alexi, Logan and Gavin. As well as several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service that will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Monday here at 11 A.M.
