New Bedford – Kim “Kimmy” Larkin, 47, of Fairhaven passed away at Bedford Gardens Nursing Home on March 23, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Kim grew up in Acushnet and moved to Florida where she lived for over 20 years. She had many long-time friends and loved the beach. Her philosophy was: Live every moment, Laugh every day and Love with all your heart.
She is survived by her mom: Susan Medeiros of Fairhaven; her beloved brother Jacob "Jake" Medeiros of Acushnet; nephews: Tommy and Cyd Medeiros; and niece: Sage Rose Medeiros. She was sister of the late Marni Larkin.
A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at the American Legion Post 265, 71 Hope Street, Acushnet, 3:00-9:00 P.M.
