Loving father of Marguerite Savickas and her husband Richard of Walpole, Stephen Foley and his wife Elisabeth of Walpole, Kerryann Foley of Boston and Patsy Foley and her partner Julian Jean-Pierre of Roslindale. Adored grandfather “Puff Puff” of Grace Savickas and Stevie Foley both of Walpole. Brother John Foley, Patricia Foley, Bernadette McEachern and the late Thomas Foley, Susan Cormier, Catherine Ennis and MaryEllen Connors. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Stephen was loved and well cared for by his partner and dear friend Mary Torres of Dighton. Funeral from the William J. Stephen was a proud plumber and gas fitter for over 30 years and late veteran U.S. Navy, Vietnam Era.
