Mrs. Susan P. Grazick-Genitski, 68, wife of Allen Genitski, entered into rest on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Augusta University Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at Platt’s Belair Road Chapel with the Rev. Lynn Prather officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Barnwell First Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Genitski spent her childhood as a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She earned a Bachelors Degree from Paine College, and then her Masters in Education from Central Michigan University. She had been a teacher at Augusta Christian School for 13 years, before retiring in 2013.
In addition to her husband, Allen, she is survived by her son, Mike Grazick and step son, Jason Genitski, a brother, Robert Piper and a sister, Sally Piper.
The family will receive friend one hour prior to the service.
