Donald R. St. Pierre, 75 of Manchester, NH , died Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua following a long illness. He was the son of the late Edgar and Florence (Michaud) St. Pierre.
Born and raised in Salem, MA, Don worked as a fork lift operator for the Cressey Dockham Co which later became Supervalu. He was a 28 year member of Teamsters Local 42 of Lynn. Don’s real passion was in his family and friends and sharing time with them. He was always quick to organize family and friends gatherings. Don was musically talented. In his younger years he was a drummer and backed up greats such as Brenda Lee, Roy Orbison, Ray Peterson and Timi Yuro. He has been a resident of New Hampshire for the past 23 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Lee-Ann Gibney and her husband Scott of Peabody, Christine S. Bousquet and her husband Gregory of Derry, NH, his son, Donald R. St. Pierre, Jr. and his wife Alisha of Auburn, NH, three brothers, Kenneth J. St. Pierre and his wife Kristine of Naples, FL, Conrad R. St. Pierre of Leominster, Keith B. St. Pierre of Rochester, NH, his sister, Donna S. Sheehan and her husband James of Lynnfield. He also leaves eight grandchildren, Adam R. St. Pierre, Scott A. Gibney, Jr. & Jenelle M. Gibney, Joshua E., Chelsea L. & Julia C. Bousquet, Tyler I. and Ava C. St. Pierre, two great-grandchildren Kayleigh & Penelope as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Violet, M. Bermudez and brother, Richard E. St. Pierre.
Relatives and friends are invited to his visiting hours on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St [Route 114 / 1-A] Salem, MA to be followed by his funeral service in the funeral home at 6:30 PM.
