ADAM WADE COOLEY, 27, lost his battle with addiction on March 10, 2017.
He was a member of Beechland Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, Karl and Brenda Cooley; his brother, Aaron Cooley; sister, Tammy Knifley (Kelly); his niece, Emma Cooley; nephew, Jacob Knifley; and his grandmother, Ann Cooley.
Memorial services will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Beechland Baptist Church, 4613 Greenwood Road.
Memorial visitation will be from 4 – 6:30 p.m. at the church.
Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway is in charge of arrangements.
