STEPHANIE LYNN (KLOUFETOS) CROWHURST, 54, passed away at her home in Loretto, KY. on March 8, 2017.
She was an office manager for Kentuckiana Concrete Construction, a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a Catholic by faith.
She was preceded in death by her father, Spiro Kloufetos, sister, Dana Mudd and brothers, Spiro and Scot Kloufetos.
Survivors include her loving husband, Thomas John Crowhurst, Jr.; children, Nicholas Pike and Gabrielle Plummer (Kenneth); stepchildren, Phillip Crowhurst, Marlena Ledgerwood (Dean), and Heather Coburn (David); seven grandchildren; her mother, Elizabeth Ann Kloufetos; brother, Louis Kloufetos (Connie); and sisters, Angela Ballard (Ray), Donna McGee (Tony), Denise Dukes (Bruce) and Martha Caudill (Lesley).
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church, 2931 Pindell Avenue with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
