Jeffrey “Rick” Serafini

TEWKSBURY: Jeffrey R. “Rick” Serafini, age 58, a longtime Tewksbury resident, previously of Lowell and Margate, Florida, passed away at the Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus on Wednesday, March 8, 2017.
He was the beloved husband of Dawn (Capone)(Darrigo) Serafini, who passed away in 2012.
Born in Stoneham on February 28, 1959, he was the son of Falma M. (Jeffrey) Serafini, who survives him and resides in North Reading and the late Frank Serafini, Sr.
Rick was raised in Tewksbury and attended Tewksbury schools.
He worked as a flooring subcontractor for many area companies including Sharkey Flooring and Anderson Flooring of Tewksbury.
Rick was a former member of the Eagles Tribute Band known as “Another Tequila Sunrise”.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sons, Christopher R. Serafini and his wife Kelly and future grandchild of Nashua, NH, and Jeffrey R. Serafini of Tewksbury; siblings, Dyane Mansfield of Manchester, NH, Frank Serafini, Jr. of Westford, John R. Serafini of Revere, Wanda C. Hines of Woburn, and Wally Serafini of Woburn; also many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Rick was the brother of the late Thomas C. Serafini.
Memorial calling hours will be Sunday, March 12, from 2-6 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury. At the request of the family there are No Funeral Services. Private interment will be held at a later date at St. Mary Cemetery, Tewksbury. Kindly Omit Flowers.
