California – David J. Soucy, 55, of California, formerly of Danvers, died of heart failure at his home February 26, 2017. David was a successful Master Plumber for many years. He was the cherished son of Frank and Eleanor (Dunajski) Soucy of Danvers.
Besides his parents, he is survived by one sister, Deborah Burgy, her sons, Zak, Aaron and his wife Jen and their daughter, Alexia, all of Washington, a brother Frank Jr, his wife Diane and sons Frank III and Joseph, all of Danvers, a sister-in-law, Jennifer and children Gus and Stephanie of California, a devoted companion, Christine Dinges and her family of California, 2 dear aunts, Claire Gauthier of Salem and Patricia Soucy and family, of Danvers. He also leaves many friends in the Santa Cruz and Monterey area of California. David was predeceased by a brother, Phillip who died in May of 2016, also of heart failure.
A memorial service will be held FRIDAY, March 17, 2017 at 10 am in the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem. Committal service will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, 300 5th Avenue, Suite 6
