Christopher H. Doerr, 47, of Hanson, MA, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017, in Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital, Brockton, MA. He was born in Newfoundland, Canada on February 11, 1970, a son of Alan and Donna (Perkins) Doerr. Christopher was raised and educated in Andover, MA. He lived in New Hampshire for many years, he also spent time in Florida and Utah before settling in Hanson, MA. He was passionate about nature, photography, electronics and travel. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hike, fish and grew up snowmobiling. One of his favorite snowmobiling trips was to Yellowstone National Park. He spent a lot of his working career in the manufacturing and I.T. industries. Christopher was an open and welcoming person who loved meeting new people, he often recalled his employment at the Art of Animation Resort at Disney World as one of the most enjoyable times of his life. Christopher was a caring person who made friends wherever he went. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who loved him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his beloved wife of three years, Blodine Francois; son, Kyle Doerr; brother, Patrick Doerr; sister, Melissa Mallous; several nieces and nephews, as well as many more family members.
