William Walls
Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Tuesday, March 7, 2017, Mr. William Rohan Walls, Jr., 71, husband of Mrs. Nancy Le Blanc Walls.
Mr. Walls was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta, GA. He retired after more than 20 years of service in the United States Airforce and the United States Navy. Mr. Walls was a Commander in the United States Navy and responsible for logistics.
Family members in addition to his wife include children: Teresa Audiffred and husband Brian, Ashley Walls, Shelly Walls all of Pensacola, FL and Melissa Maupin and husband Bob of Oklahoma City, OK; step-children: April Longe and husband Michael and Maryann Barnwell and husband Ed; brother David Walls and wife Keitha; sisters: Betty Stogner and husband Chuck, Pat Young and husband Nick, Ida Foust and husband Jim, Fredia Bedenbough and husband Frank and Brenda Bradshaw and husband Richard; 11 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Walls was preceded in death by his parents, William R. Walls, Sr. and Ruby Tadlock Walls and brothers: Michael and Robert Walls.
A Memorial Mass will be Saturday, March 11, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at Church of the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Fr. Thomas Healy, celebrant.
