Mary E. (Osborne) Hoegen, 96, a resident of Methuen died at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill on Sunday, March 5, 2017.
She was born in Lowell on June 5, 1920 to John J. and Mary (Begley) Osborne, She was educated in the Tarbox Grammar School in Lawrence and a graduate of Lawrence High School she worked for Town Toggery and Daniels Clothing Store both located on Essex Street in Lawrence until her retirement. She loved family time and spending time with her family.
She was wife of the late Edward Hoegen and she survived by her sons Edward and his wife Sherrill Hoegen of Malden, and Daniel J. and his wife Lu-Ann Hoegen of Methuen. Her grandchildren Kim A. Middleton of Riverside, CA, and Dana A. Middleton of Stoneham. Two great-grandchildren Ava Mae Middleton and Evan Thomas, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will take place on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 11:00AM at the John Breen Funeral, 35 Merrimack St., North Andover, MA. A burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen.
