Edwin D. Clough of Medford died on Monday, March 6, at the Sawtelle Hospice House of Reading. Raised and educated in Somerville, he was the son of the late Edwin W. and Adeline "Lena" (Silvestri) Clough. Edwin proudly served as an M.P. in the Army, and was later employed by the MBTA as an Electrical Worker. He was a proud member of Local 717.
Edwin was the devoted father of Chad Clough and his wife Bonnie of Peabody, Tracey Clough-Martin and her husband Jeffrey of Fairfield, ME, Lance Clough of Medford, and Corey Clough and his wife Felicita of Malden. He is survived by ten loving grandchildren and two loving great grandchildren. Edwin was the brother of Margaret Curtis and her husband Walter of Stoneham, the late Louise Melanson and the late Marion Dixon. He is also survived by Judith (Thompson) Clough, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, March 13, at 10 AM followed by a funeral service conducted in the Community Baptist Church, 31 College Ave., Somerville, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Visiting hours Sunday, March 12, from 4 through 8 PM.
