FALL RIVER – Yvonne M. Brogan, age 90, passed away on February 28, 2017 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family after a lengthy illness. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond Brogan. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Laurea and Philomene (Lacombe) Doucette. She a devoted stay-at-home mom for her 7 children. Member of the former Immaculate Conception Parish and of its Choir. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and going to Foxwoods.
Yvonne is survived by her children Pauline Vale (husband Joe), Raymond (late Ginny Duchaine), Michael (wife Rosemary), Carol, William, Kelly and Steven (wife Beatrice). Yvonne also leaves 14 grandchildren, Craig, Mark, Eric, Neil, Sean, Thomas, Kara Daniello, Karen Vasilev, Erin Belding, Pamela Fournier, Stephanie Murgo, Catherine, Claire and the late Keith Brogan. She also leaves 11 great-grandchildren Benjamin & Leah Daniello, Emily, Abigail, Cameron, Blake, Nora, Ryleigh, Hayden, Brayden, and Colten Brogan. She is predeceased by brother George Doucette, and sister Loretta Lakes. She leaves brother-in-laws Donald and Clinton Brogan and Lorraine Doucette their families.
Her funeral service will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, INC. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Saturday at 11 A.M. Cremation to follow. Visitation Saturday morning 9-11 A.M.
