Mr. Harold V.A. Frazier, 73, of Lawrence passed away on Saturday February 25th at Lawrence General Hospital. The son of the late Harold B. and Lillian J. (Perkins) Frazier. Mr. Frazier was born in Lawrence where he had been an area resident all his life. He served in the United States Navy. He was the owner and operator of Frazier’s General Contracting working as a general contractor and painter. Mr. Frazier was a member of the Lawrence British Club, and the Social Naturalization Club(French Social). He was a 4th degree member of Lawrence Council 67 Knights of Columbus, Fr. O'Donnell Assembly, a life member of Lawrence Lodge of Elks, B.P.O.E. Lodge #65, Lawrence, MA. and a member of both Castile Caravan #63 and Lugo Caravan #113 Order of Alhambra, Mr. Frazier volunteered his time at the bingo hall in Peabody to help the Alhambra, and at several food pantries including Neighbors in Need. He loved most of all to spend time with his family. Mr. Frazier was pre-deceased by his sister Lucille Frazier and brother Ernest Frazier. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Irene E. (Dubois) Frazier of Lawrence, one daughter Catherine M. Frazier and her partner Christine White of Lawrence, two sons: Stephen B. Frazier and his fiancé Jaime Mispilkin of Salem, NH, and Timothy A. Frazier of Lawrence. Two brothers Paul and Reginald Frazier both of Florida. There are 3 grandchildren Britany, Lucas, and Keira, 1 great-grandchild Lily and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday March 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd, Dracut, MA . A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday March 4th at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Church in Lawrence, committal services will follow at Linwood Crematory Chapel in Haverhill.
