Amy M. Green, 37, of New Bedford died February 26, 2017 at home after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
She was the wife of Michael J. Valler.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of William F. and Yvonne G. (Sylvia) Green, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Amy was a devoted mother and wife and she enjoyed the company of her dog Bailey.
She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
Survivors include her husband; her parents; 3 daughters, Alexis Green, Alison Green and Aubrey Green, all of New Bedford; a brother, William Green of Virginia; a sister, Sherri Carvalho of Fairhaven; her maternal grandfather, Frederick Sylvia of New Bedford; 2 nieces, Kacie Carvalho and Madison Carvalho.
Her visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, March 1st from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford.
