Marc R Theberge, 42 of Berlin, passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017. Marc was one of the most thoughtful, caring, helpful, loving guys you could ever meet. He was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone and everyone he came in contact with. He will always be remembered as the kind soul he was. He will be missed and hopefully found peace.
He was born in Berlin on October 24, 1974 the son of Roland L. (Lefty) and Collette L (Riendeau) Theberge and he was a lifelong resident of the area. He graduated from Berlin High in 1993 and attended Northeastern University with a major in Pharmacy. He had been a Boy Scout and an altar Server in his younger years and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Marc enjoyed hunting, fishing, broomball, snowmobiling, water skiing, corn hole, horse shoes and was a big fan of the Montreal Canadians hockey team. Most of all he loved his family.
He is survived by his wife Meghan (Dupuis) Theberge of Gorham, his children Leighton and Brock Theberge of Gorham; his parents Roland “Lefty” Theberge and wife Collette of Berlin; his grandmothers Lise Riendeau and Cecile Jerry, both of Berlin; his sister Bonnie Lowry and husband Ken of Berlin; aunts and uncles Richard Riendeau and wife Cindy of Berlin, Lucie Roy and husband Dan of Gorham, Claire Normand of Washington & Arizona, Robert Theberge of Berlin, mother in law Becky Cavagnaro and husband Gary of Berlin; father in law Normand Dupuis and wife Hunky of Berlin, brother in law Eric Dupuis and wife Jen of Berlin, step sister in law Amanda Laganiere and husband Moe of Bangor, ME; step brother in law Jason Cavagnaro and companion Courtney Roy of Berlin; nephews, cousins and many other relatives. He was predeceased by his grandfathers` Romuald R “Oiseau” Theberge and Henri Riendeau.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Anne Church of Good Shepard Parish.
