Helen I. (Bulafkin) Feinberg 92, of Swampscott formerly of Chelsea, beloved wife of the late Julius “Moxie” Feinberg died February 21, 2017 at the Devereux House in Marblehead surrounded by her family. Born in Chelsea she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Rose (Ligols) Bulafkin. Raised and educated in Chelsea a graduate of Chelsea High School and was employed at Chelsea City Hall for many years. She was also a home maker who enjoyed her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a twenty year resident of Swampscott. She is survived by her three sons Richard Feinberg and his wife Laural, Stuart Feinberg both of Swampscott and Ralph Feinberg and his wife Janet of Newton, her grandchildren Jordan Feinberg of Newton and Julie R. Lucas of Swampscott and her two great grandchildren Kyle and Dylan Lucas of Swampscott. Private Graveside services will be held at Liberty Progressive Cemetery, Everett. Memorial observance to be held in the recreation room at Crown Pointe 400 Paradise Rd. Swampscott, Monday Feb. 27 from 12-5PM.
