Timothy J. Gassman, 42 of Derry, NH died Monday February 20, 2017 at his home. Tim was born in Derry on October 9, 1974, a son of Michael Gassman and Philomena (Zahorchak) DeMartino. He had been a resident of Derry for most of his life. Tim was a 1993 graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry where he was a two time all state football player (defensive end), and a member of two state championship football teams.
He is survived by his father, Michael Gassman of Chester, his mother, Philomena DeMartino and her husband Garry of Derry, two brothers, Jeremy Gassman of Chester, Michall Gassman of Lincoln, NB, and one nephew, Kevin Gassman of Chester.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Heart Association- The disease that took his life. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry is assisting the family with arrangements.
