Kim Farmer, 59, of Ashburn, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Tift Regional Medical Center.
Born on July 29, 1957 to the late David Talmadge Farmer and Dorothy Ward Farmer he was a member of the Baptist Faith and worked as a Pecan Farmer at Ellis Brothers Pecan in Vienna. Kim was an avid NASCAR and Georgia Bulldog fan. He also enjoyed watching western movies.
He is survived by his mother, Dot Farmer of Ashburn; sister, Michelle (Glen "Elmo") Pitts of Sycamore; nieces and nephews, Joseph "T. J." (Toni) Farmer, Desiree (Willie) McCoy, Jenna Pitts and Dusti Pitts; three great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tim Farmer.
Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel. The family will greet friends immediately following the service.
