HUDSON
Mark A. Lampson, 49, passed on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Beaumont of Worcester after an illness. He was born in Worcester, the son of Donald R. and Jacqueline (Sutcliffe) Lampson and had lived in Rutland before moving to Hudson in 2007.
He leaves his three children, Ali Lampson, Nicholas Lampson and Julia Lampson, all of Shrewsbury; his sister, Suzanne Garretson of Framingham; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
He graduated from Wachusett Regional High School and attended Worcester State College. Mark worked in the Banking industry for several years. He was a member of the Rufus Putnam Masonic Lodge in Rutland and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Hudson. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying golf, softball, hockey and soccer.
A celebration of life for Mark will be held on Sunday, February 19 from 2 to 6 at The Hudson Eagles, 271 Cox St, Hudson. A private committal service will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lampson Children Memorial Fund , c/o Avidia Bank, PO Box 543, Shrewsbury, MA 01545.
