CONCORD - Catherine "Kay" Partridge, 90, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Presidential Oaks in Concord.
She was born on May 8, 1926 in Worcester, MA., the daughter of Antoni and Rose (Jasinska) Agentowicz. Catherine graduated from Becker Junior College and worked for several years as a medical secretary in Worcester, MA. and later for many years in the Haverhill, MA. Health Department. She will be dearly missed by her two children; Dolores Sargent and her husband Richard of Danville and Glenn Banach and his wife Joyce of Dodge City, KS. Catherine was predeceased by her daughter, Roseann Banach, her husband Allan B. Partridge, Jr. and an infant great grandson, Garret Jantz.
Catherine and Allan lived in Gilford and became active members of the Congregational Church of Laconia. They especially enjoyed traveling and for many years were involved with the Auburn Club in Indiana.
Catherine was an outgoing, caring person with a sense of humor and an enthusiasm for life. She brought much joy into the lives of her family and friends. In her later years, even as she suffered health problems, she rose above them and still lived life to its fullest.
Catherine will also be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Emily Jantz and her husband Ryan, Elsa Giesbrecht and her husband Devan, Matthew Banach and his wife, Teresa, Marjorie, Ashley and Angela Partridge, seven great grandchildren, the Partridge family and many dear friends whom she treasured.
Calling hours will be held from 2PM to 4PM on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance.
A funeral service will immediately follow at 4PM, also at the funeral home.
Burial will be held in the spring in the family plot at Durham Cemetery in Durham.
