BILLERICA—Dickson K. Kiprono, 29 years old, a resident of Billerica, died unexpectedly Monday afternoon August 15th, at his home in Billerica.
He was born in Nairobi, Kenya, on April 17, 1976, a son of Peter and Joyce (Wanjiku) Mungai, of Billerica. He was a graduate of Billerica Memorial High School, Class of 1995.
He had been employed as an Environmental Technician by Resource Options, in Needham for the past several years.
Surviving him besides his parents are a brother and sister-in-law: Edward ‘Ed’ and Luissa Kiprono, of Springboro, OH; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Beatrice and Jamaal Saunders, of Virginia Beach, VA; and Julie and Douglas Ross, of Virginia Beach, VA; five nieces and nephews: Jordan, and Brendan Kiprono, and Destinee, Aaliyah, and Elizabeth Saunders; aunts: Hilda Njoroge, of Nashua, NH; Jane Kubota, of Chicago, IL; and Terisia Kairimi, of Dracut; his maternal grandmother: Esther Njoroge, of Kenya; his girlfriend: Andrea Neville, of Plaistow, NH: as well as extended family also in Kenya.
Friends may call from 4 until 9 PM Friday, September 2nd, at the MAHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 187 Nesmith Street, (Rte.38). His Funeral Mass to be offered Saturday morning, September 3rd, at 10 AM at ST. MICHAEL’S CHURCH, Lowell. Burial in the Fox Hill Cemetery, Billerica.
