James Arthur Young, 61, passed away on Monday February 6, 2017 at the Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, NH. Mr. Young was born on March 11, 1955 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont the son of Frederick Brown and Ferne (Arthur) Young. James was a graduate of St. Johnsbury Academy and has been a resident of Berlin for many years and was a resident of the Coos County Nursing Hospital in West Stewartstown for the past four years. He was an avid sports fan.
Family members include his mother Ferne of Berlin; a sister Cindy Griffin and her husband Steve of Berlin; a nephew Nicholas Griffin of Berlin; and an aunt Janet Toussaint and her husband Paul of Frankfort, KY. He was predeceased by his father Frederick Brown and his step-father Howard Young.
Committal Services will be held on Friday May 12, 2017 at 11 AM at the Monroe Cemetery in Monroe, NH.
