Pauline I. (Mercier) Hebert
Pauline I. Mercier Hebert passed away, peacefully, on Sunday, February 5th after a brief illness.
Born in Manchester, NH, on June 21, 1921, she was the daughter of David and Emma (Villemure) Mercier. She resided in Manchester all of her life.
Pauline will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was always loving, gracious and selfless. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her daughters and grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Aside from being the proud matriarch, Pauline was very artistic and crafty. She loved to make jewelry, ceramics, and created amazingly beautiful pages in her adult coloring books.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest J. Hebert, son Maurice R. Hebert, granddaughter, Karen J. Maloney and great-grandson, Masson M. Hebert, as well as her siblings Jeannette Girard, Ernest Mercier, Rita O'Connor, Robert Mercier, Roger Mercier, Roland Mercier and Raymond Mercier
Family members include her daughter Diane Maloney and her husband Robert, of Jackson, NH, Susanne Hebert and her husband Dennis, of Hooksett, NH, Denise Morin and her husband Robert of Weare, NH and her daughter-in-law Claire Hebert Lamy of Litchfield, NH; 9 grandchildren, Kevin Maloney, Karen Maloney, Kristen Bates, Marc Hebert, Jeffrey Hebert, Mathiew Hebert, Amy Marquis, Megan Morin and Katlyn L'Italien and 18.5 great-grandchildren. Several nephews and nieces, especially her beloved niece Elaine Wyman.
Calling hours will be on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, corner of Belmont and Harvard Sts.
Committal prayers and encryptment will follow in Mt Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. Goffstown Rd.
Memorial donations may be made in Pauline’s name to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall St, #4, Manchester NH 03101.
