Marie-Ange Audet, 95, of Manchester, died August 29, 2005, at Mt. Carmel Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.
She was born March 18, 1910 in St. Jean Port Joli, Quebec, and was the daughter of Demetrius and Blanche (Gagne) Lord. She had been a Dunbarton resident most of her life. She had been a resident at Mt. Carmel for several years and had entertained the staff and residents playing the piano.
Mrs. Audet was a retired teacher. She taught French, math, and music at St. John the Baptist School.
She was predeceased by her husband, Armand Audet in 1995, and by a daughter, Jeannine Mason in 1983 .
Family members include a daughter, Charlotte Beaudet of Dunbarton, NH; two sons, Gaston Audet of Corona, CA and Simon Audet of Dunbarton, NH; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; a brother, Bertrand Lord of Quebec; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday September 2, 2005 in the chapel of Mt. Carmel Nursing Home, 235 Myrtle St., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
