William F Henry Jr. passed away peacefully on January 21, 2017 in Sacramento California. He was born January 14, 1936 in Taunton and attended local schools. He was a local all-star athlete and a US Army veteran. He graduated from American River College in Sacramento and pursued a career in building inspection for the City of Sacramento.
His first wife Dorothy Wackford preceded him in death. He is survived by: his daughter Babette Henry Tasker and her husband Frank, his second wife Ewa Palka Henry and his step-daughter Jessica, his brother Raymond Henry of Lincoln, California, his sisters Priscilla Ferreira of Taunton and Cheryl Leary of Middleboro, five nephews, three nieces and four grandsons.
Visitation hours are from 3-6 PM Saturday February 4 at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home at 70 Washington Street in Taunton. Graveside services will be held at Saint Joseph’s Cemetery at 11 AM on Monday February 6.
