Gladys Patricia “Pat” Snow Cason, 74, of Tifton passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017, at Tift Regional Medical Center. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. Cason at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 6, 2017, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Joseph L. Crumley will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday, February 6, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Jonathan Colquitt, Allan Cason, Eric Duncanson, Scotty Roberts, Derrick Snow and Buddy Erskine will serve as pallbearers.
Born October 30, 1942 in Albany, Mrs. Cason was the daughter of the late Albert Snow and Lucille Bass Snow. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Buford “J. B.” Cason; one son, James Cason; and two daughters, Patricia Handley and Rhonda Cason. She was retired from Oxford Industries.
Mrs. Cason is survived by two brothers, Alvin Snow and Jackie Snow, both of Nashville; four grandchildren, Monica Coronado, Amanda Erskine, Allan Cason and Jo Jo Walker; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
