In Taunton, January 27, 2017 Marie Lopes, wife of the late Arthur Perry, died at Morton Hospital at the age of 69. Born and educated in Taunton, Marie was the daughter of the late Sebastian and Bertha (Alves) Lopes. She is survived by her sons Shawn Lopes and his wife Amy of Carver and Chad Lopes of Barrington, RI. In addition, she was the proud grandmother of Derek and Andrew Lopes of Carver, MA and Talia and Sydney Lopes of Barrington, RI. Marie is also survived by many siblings, nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home 70 Washington Street in Taunton on Thursday February 2nd from 6-8 pm.
