Aida L. Castro-Quintero age 67 of Brockton, formerly of Boston, died January 21, 2017 at Signature Healthcare-Brockton Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Miguel Rodriguez. She was born and raised in Gurabo, Puerto Rico a daughter of the late Benito Castro and Maria Quintero and came to the Boston area over 40 years ago.
For over thirty years Aida had been employed by Harvard University in the maintenance division. She was a very religious woman who was very involved with her church.
Aida will be remembered as a fun loving woman who loved spending time with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Aida was the mother of Luz E. Martinez of Randolph, Juan A. Martinez of Dorchester, Juan M. Martinez of Brockton, Maria A. Castro of Dorchester and Miguel A. Martinez of Brockton. She leaves many grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visiting hours with a closing prayer service will be held Saturday January 28, 2017 12-3pm in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (rte. 123) Brockton.
