Rose (Nogueira) Paulo of Medford died on Sunday, January 22, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House of Danvers. Born and raised in Boston's North End, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Rose (Scaduto) Nogueira. Rose was a Medford resident for over 60 years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph W. Paulo, and the devoted mother of Robert Paulo and his wife AnnMarie of Saugus, Joseph Paulo and his wife Grace of Manchester, NH, Maria R. Paulo of Malden, and Patricia Carneiro and her husband Carlos of Lynnfield. Rose is also survived by 8 loving grandchildren, 4 loving great-grandchildren, and 4 brothers and sisters. She was pre-deceased by 7 brothers and sisters.
Visiting hours have been respectfully omitted and funeral services will be private. As an expression of sympathy, contributions may be sent in Rose's name to the M.S.P.C.A - Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
