Michael J. Wilson, 63, of Derry, NH passed away Saturday January 21, 2017. He was born on June 2, 1953 in Methuen, MA a son of the late Frederick and Gertrude (Rondeau) Wilson. Michael worked as an engineer for 40 years at W.R.Grace. He loved to spend time outdoors and especially loved the wildlife of New Hampshire.
He is survived by his beloved wife Anne (Mottram) Wilson, one daughter Courtney L. Spivack, one son, Jeremy A. Wilson. He very much loved his granddaughter Hannah with whom he lived and invested much of his time. Also his grandchildren Caitlyn, Brandon, William, and Shaina and great grandchildren Elijah, Josiah, Illiana , and Deliah, as well as one brother, Robert Wilson, one sister, Carol Wilson and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his best K-9 buddy, Cooper. He was predeceased by a son, Marc Wilson and a brother Frederick Wilson.
Following cremation, memorial calling hours were held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 11am – 1pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium 15 Birch Street, Derry. A memorial service followed at 1:00pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA.
