Patricia J. Arsenault, 65, of Bedford, NH, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017, in Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Derry, NH on November 26, 1951, a daughter of Eugene and the late Joan (Castricone) Fontaine. Patricia was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy in Derry, Class of 1969 and later received her Associate’s degree from Hesser College in Manchester. Pat worked in the medical field since college up until her most recent position as an intake coordinator for Infusion Solutions in Bedford. She was an avid water skier and enjoyed playing Scrabble. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her pride and joy, granddaughter Alexia.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 44 years, James Arsenault, two sons, Aaron Arsenault and David Arsenault and his wife Heather; one granddaughter, Alexia Arsenault, five sisters, Carol Coughlin, Nancy Cofrin, Marie Brown and her husband Buster, Janet Sannella and her husband Arthur, and Joyce Jaques and her husband Nigel, two brothers, Daniel Fontaine and his wife Sharlene and Robert Fontaine and his wife Robyn, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 4pm to 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium 15 Birch Street, Derry. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday at 10 am in St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Avenue, Derry. The burial followed in Holy Cross Cemetery, Gilcreast Road, Londonderry, NH.
