Deloris Ray (Moore) Howard, 84, of Anderson died January 17, 2017, unexpectedly at her residence.
She was born May 13, 1932 in Olive Hill, Kentucky to Clarence and May (McClurg) Moore.
She retired from Guide Corp. Division of General Motors.
She enjoyed boating and fishing on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky and playing golf, bowling and spending time with her family friends.
She is survived by her daughters, Rosanna K. Maxwell and Donna J. (Dave) Hill; six grandchildren, Jim (Angie) Maxwell; Joey (Yvette) Maxwell; Steve (fiancée Phebe) Maxwell; Josh (Shawna) Hill; Lindsey (Jason ) Brown; Kristin (Lincoln) Orellana; ten great grandchildren, Melanie Maxwell, Mia Maxwell, Britni Maxwell, Austin Hill, Alex Hill, Layla Brown, Brycin Brown, Shayla Orellana, Brendon Orellana and Harper Hancock; sister-in-law, Dorothy Moore; and her loving companion, friend and lifelong partner, Harmon Cantrell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, William Howard , son, Jerry Howard; brothers Herman and Bobby Moore, sister, Helen Boles and son-in-law, Larry Maxwell.
Service will be 3 p.m. on Friday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
