Jeffrey H. Ogert, 55, of Rockland Road, Scituate, died peacefully Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.
Born in Woonsocket he was the son of Howard Ogert of Scituate and the late Carol J. (Hemenway) Ogert. He had been a resident of Scituate for many years.
Jeff always found peace in the woods, he enjoyed fishing and hunting with his father and son.
Besides his father he is survived by his son, William Ogert and his mother, Margaret Ogert both of Scituate, his sisters: Holly Weidele of North Scituate and Debra Arnold of Searsport, Maine and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be held Thursday at 11:30am in ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville . Burial will be in Phillips Memorial Cemetery, Foster. Visitation Wednesday 5-7pm.
