Paul J. Anastasio, 60
FALMOUTH - Paul J. Anastasio, 60, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, Scarborough, on Jan. 15, 2017. He was born in Rumford on Feb. 1, 1956, a beloved son of the late Andrew and Rita (Hebert) Anastasio.
He graduated from Rumford High School in 1974. Paul was employed by Aubuchon Hardware, Ace Hardware, and most recently, Maine Paint in Portland. Paul always took great pride in his work ethic instilled in him by his parents.
Paul is survived by his three children, Kayla, and grandson, Wyatt, of Portland, Nicolas, Karissah, and their mother, Kim Gautreau-Peare, all of Andover; six siblings, Robert of Sandy Springs, Ga., Andrea Cayer and partner, Ben Gonneville of Falmouth, James and wife Andrea of Gardiner, Rosemarie and husband Ed O'Neill of Beaver Cove, Drew and wife Terrie of South Portland and Michael and wife Cathy of Scarborough.
