CATHERINE (SOUFFLAS) "CASSIE" TOMES, 90, passed away on January 14, 2017.
She was a member of Longfield United Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband of 65 years, William Harrison Tomes; and four brothers, John, Cleo, Jimmy and Michael.
Survivors include her children, Van Tomes (Gayle), Diane Garner (Jack) and Susan Tomes; five grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one great great grandson; and her brother William George “Bill” Soufflas.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Lone Hill United Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3 – 8 p.m. Tuesday & Wednesday 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Memorial gifts may be made to St. Jude’s or Ky. Humane Society.
