Cherished grandmother of Michael John Szczerbinski and his wife Stephanie of LaPlata, Maryland, Brian S. Szczerbinski and his wife Jennifer of Los Angeles, California, Beth Ann Schechet and her husband Arik of Arlington, Christopher Antonelli and Alyssa Antonelli of Malden and G.J. Also lovingly survived by her great grandson Chasin Schechet of Arlington. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Wednesday, January 18th at 10 o'clock. Visitation with the family beginning at 8:30 AM. Services will conclude with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. A lifelong Chelsea resident, Clara passed away Thursday morning at the Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home were she had been residing and receiving supportive care for the last 11 years. Prior to her retirement, she worked in the garment industry as a dressmaker for Madam Ruby on Newbury Street in Boston and also for Conrad & Co.
