Obituary

Charles “Chuck” Brouillette, 69, of Worcester, Massachusetts died early in the morning of December 30, 2016. Born in Worcester to Ruth (Johnson) Brouillette and Eugene Brouillette in 1947, Chuck spent most of his life living and working in the city, attending Boys’ Trade High School and keeping busy with many jobs throughout his life. He also made the rank of sergeant while serving in the United States Air Force in the 55th Tactical Fighter Squadron from 1966–1970. Always an avid sports fan, Chuck grew up playing hockey and football, and later took up bowling where he participated in several leagues and took pride in the many accomplishments he made.
Chuck is survived by his wife Linda (Hutchings) Brouillette, son Adam Brouillette, and daughter Marie Brouillette, all of Worcester, Massachusetts, as well as his two sisters, Sandy May and Linda Watkins, and brother Eugene Brouillette, all of Amarillo, Texas. He was also brother to the late Paul Brouillette.
In keeping with the wishes of Chuck, there will be no funeral services. However, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA.
