SALEM, NH: Pauline T. (Mello) Quinn, age 67, a former Tewksbury resident, died Monday, August 22, 2005 at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.
She was the wife of Leo Quinn, who died in 1978.
Born in Cambridge on February 9, 1938, she was the daughter of the late A. Richard and Lillian (Smith) Mello.
Mrs. Quinn was raised in Tewksbury and attended Tewksbury schools.
Prior to moving to Salem, NH in 1981, she lived in Lowell and Tewksbury.
While living in Tewksbury she was a communicant of St. William’s Church.
She enjoyed many activities including playing bingo, visiting Foxwood’s Resort and Casino, going to the beach and vacationing in Florida.
She is survived by her children; Darlene T. Quinn of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Michael P. Quinn of Salem, NH; her stepchildren; Bridget Trepsas of Salem, NH, Marybeth Shanahan of Dracut, Martha Kapafos of Trenton, ME, Thomas J. Quinn of Dracut Roseann Gauthier of Lowell; one sister; Dorothy L. Charlton of Tewksbury; four brothers; Robert F. Mello and his wife Nancy of Melbourne, FL, Kenneth N. Mello of Tyngsboro, Frederick E. Mello and his wife Kay of Kingston, NH and Richard E. Mello of Tewksbury; also many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, Aug. 26th, 11:30 a.m. at St. Williams Church, 1351 Main St., Rte. 38, Tewksbury. At the request of the family there are No Calling hours.
