Mr. Robert A. Levasseur, 77 of Methuen, passed away at Cedar View Nursing Home in Methuen. Born in Goffstown, NH, he had been a Lawrence area resident all his life. Mr. Levasseur served honorably in the United States Air Force, and was a long time employee of the Cedar Crest Restaurant in Lawrence. The son of the late Robert G. and Anita (Blanchette) Levasseur, he is survived by one sister; Carol D. Hadley of Methuen, one brother Ronald E. Levasseur and his wife Shirley of Exeter, NH and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday from 9:00 to 11:00 am at Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd, Dracut. A funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday at the Racicot Funeral Home at 11:00 am, burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Methuen.
