Randi Hudson Giddens, 36, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Saturday, January 7, 2017, at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Thursday, January 12, 2017, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Ocilla, with the Rev. Jeff Parmer officiating. Interment will follow in Frank Cemetery, Irwin County. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday evening at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Randi was born December 9, 1980, in Tifton, Georgia, to Lisa Lee Paulk Davis and the late Ricky Hudson. She was a 1999 graduate of Irwin County High School. She attended Valdosta State College and South Georgia State College. Randi was an office clerk with Jones Construction in Tifton. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and devoted friend. She was a member of Crossview Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Benji Giddens of Fitzgerald; her children: Gracie Lynn Giddens and Benjamin Kaine Giddens, both of Fitzgerald; her mother, Lisa L. Davis & Mike of Douglas; a special aunt that was her other mother, Ginny Paulk & Waldo of Ocilla; siblings: Robin L. Timmons & Chris of Columbus, Jenni Lynn Taylor & James of Fitzgerald, Hannah Hudson of Chattanooga, Tennessee, Hunter Hudson of Ocilla, and Lindi Dustin & Scott of Palm Coast, Florida; a grandmother, Sara Grace Paulk of Ocilla; nieces and nephews: Payton Taylor, Jace Hudson, Rylee McCoy, Eva Bowen, and Sully Dustin. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Hudson and a sister, Meghan Davis.
