BAKER, Doris L. (Carwardine), 92, of Jeffersontown, passed away Sunday, January 8, 2017.
Doris was the former owner and operator of the Maple Inn.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Baker.
Doris is survived by her niece, Bettye Moody (Arnold); great nephew, Darrell Hunter (Debbie); great niece, Shan Brown (Rob); 5 great great nieces and nephews; and 7 great great great nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the excellent care provided to Doris by Atria at Stony Brook.
Visitation will be 3-8pm Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Service will be 11am Thursday at the funeral home, followed by burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
