Cecilia (Rocha) Dubois, 77, of Tiverton, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2017 at her home following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late James M. Dubois.
Mrs. Dubois was born in Fall River, daughter of the late John and Olivia (Couto) Rocha and had resided in Tiverton for most of her life. Prior to her retirement, she worked as a floor supervisor for the former Ames department store. She was a communicant of St. Theresa’s Church in Tiverton. She was a doll collector and loved her pet dog Daisy.
Survivors include her son: James Dubois and his wife Cheryl of Tiverton; her 2 daughters: Linda A. Goldade and her husband Bruce of Tiverton and Kim A. Lachapelle of Tiverton; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Joseph and John Rocha.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa’s Church, Tiverton at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours will be Monday from 5-8 P.M.
Interment will be private.
