OBIT Robert L. Laliberte
Stafford, VA.– Robert L. Laliberte, 80, died January 2, 2017 at Mary Washington Hospital following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Manchester on September 4, 1936 the son of Lucien and Diana (Letendre) Laliberte.
Prior to living in Virginia he had been a long time resident of Manchester.
Prior to his retirement he was a mechanic for K-Mart Automotive.
He was a member of League of Sacred Heart and a parishioner of St. Anthony Church. He also held membership in the Legion of One Thousand Men of Precious Blood Monastery.
He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia (Bouchard) Laliberte who died on January 23, 2012.
Family members include 3 daughters, Diane Wright and her husband Troy of Stafford, VA., Debra Morissette of Newark, DE., Dawn Krar and her husband Mike of New Boston, 4 grandchildren; Matthew Morissette, Amanda Wright, Patrick Wright, Charlie Krar, 1 great granddaughter, Josie Morissette and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by 8 siblings.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 5 to 7 PM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10 AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, corner of Belmont and Harvard Sts.
Burial will follow in St. Augustin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sisters of the Precious Blood Monastery, 700 Bridge St. Manchester NH 03104.
